Leading our team is Dr. Joëlle Désir Molière, with over 30 years of experience as a Pharmacist with a master’s degree in public health, a Fellowship in Anti-Aging Regenerative and Functional Medicine and PhD in Holistic Nutrition. Joelle is also a compounding pharmacist and has many years of experience with bio-identical hormone replacement therapies (BHRT) both in clinical practice and retail pharmacy.
As a pharmacy consultant, educator, and educational program developer, she was instrumental in developing our compounding laboratory here at PhytogenixRx. Joelle has lectured extensively and internationally on all aspects of Anti-Aging, Nutrition, Functional Medicine and BHRT, including dosage forms and guidelines, testing and monitoring effectiveness, lifestyle modifications and nutritional influences on Longevity and BHRT outcomes, adrenal and thyroid hormones, and patient consultation. The depth of her experience in Functional and integrative Medicine enables her to shape the mission of the Pharmacy from all perspectives and direct PhytogenixRx in the right direction for the years to come.

Joëlle has almost 20 years of experience in the pharmacy industry, in addition to her hands-on experience on public health issues and program management. Specifically, her industry experience has covered patient health care management, pharmacy management, public health, industrial pharmacy, pharmacy marketing, hospital pharmacy, drug policies and regulations, pharmacovigilence, quality assurance and quality control, knowledge of food and drug manufacturing and development.
Knowledge of investigation and evaluation of pharmaceutical and food industries, pertaining to current Good Manufacturing Practice standards (GMP for the US and Canada).
US federal rules regarding food, drugs and cosmetics (CFR and FD&C Act) elaboration and implementation of drug policies and regulations, coordination and implementation of drug action programs.
